A large detached 1970s house, the works involved four major areas of extensions as well as hard landscaping, carried out over a four month period the works were completed well ahead of schedule. The main first floor extension blended in with the original house to create an almost prefect match.

The works were finished off with a stunning conservatory and Indian sandstone paving after removing almost fifty tonnes of earth to create a level site.

A semi detached house that caught fire from a neighbouring home was fully reinstated with the owners managing to their delight to be back at home for Christmas.

The project took four months to complete and included a new roof, all flooring joists, kitchen, bathrooms, conservatory, new windows, electrics, well just about everything. Project managed and carried out by Landway Constrcution.

After the rear of the building was gutted by fire we begun reinstatement, A very complex project involving many specialised contractors, environmental health etc.

Taking 20 weeks it involved the removal of heavy baking machinery, specialised cleaning and food preparation equipment.

A fire in a washing machine caused this devastation, the fire started in the first floor apartment and caused damage to all four properties within this building.

We were approved contractors and carried out a full reinstatement project taking approximately 12 weeks.
