We have a fair pricing policy and our quotations are set. We have all heard the stories of builders works doubling by the time they have finshed, well what we quote is what we charge. If things require changing through any project you are informed on any effects this may have to the final costs, in person, as well as in writing before the works are commenced.

1. Our prices are based on an estimating program, that covers all areas of the project
2. We offer a "Day Rate" option
3. We also offer a "Job Price" option
4. All costs are budgeted for within the quotation. There are no extras (within reason)
5. If additional costs, i.e foundation depth, then prices are agreed based on the scheduled rate
6. Projects are managed on a Program of Works Gant chart (over £10,000 only)

1. Small works lead time of 2 weeks
2. Larger projects lead time of 6 weeks
3. Survey's on your property carried out within 48 hours
4. Works are completed quickly and efficiently
5. Estimates prepared and sent out within an agreed time frame.

PUBLIC SECTOR

1. Small works lead time of 4 weeks
2. Larger projects lead time of 8 weeks
3. Survey's on your property carried out within 5 working days
4. Works are completed quickly and efficiently
5. Estimates prepared and sent out within an agreed time frame.
